  • Free to post. OptGo charges a 10% platform fee on every outcome paid out (default — configurable per campaign by admin). You set the rep payout per door knock, appointment, or close. We never markup labor.

  • Two gates. Profile gate: verified phone, gov ID, signed IC agreement, W-9 on file, optional background check. Per-campaign AI pitch test: 9 open-ended product knowledge questions, a 60-second pitch, 2 objection-handling turns. A custom GPT-4o grader scores each session against your training material. You set the passing threshold.

  • Every disposition is captured with GPS coordinates and accuracy tier. <50m = VERIFIED. 50-150m = LOW_CONFIDENCE. >500m = BLOCKED — the rep cannot submit until they're closer. The forced disposition gate means the next address won't load until the current one is logged.

  • Three tiers. When ambassador A refers ambassador B, A gets a configurable % of B's campaign payouts. B refers C — A gets a smaller % of C's payouts (tier 2), and B gets the tier-1 share. Default expiration: 6 months. All splits route through Stripe Connect as separate transfers.

  • Yes. Daily, weekly, and monthly caps per campaign. When you hit the cap, the campaign auto-pauses and applications stop. Spend rolls over when the next period opens. Manual pauses are preserved across rollover.

  • Upload your print-ready PDF or check 'I need OptGo design help'. Pick distribution: mailed to approved ambassadors, available for local pickup, or no physical kit. Print + shipping billed to your campaign wallet at cost +20%.

  • Yes. Stripe Connect tracks cumulative earnings per ambassador. When a rep crosses $600 in a calendar year, we surface a warning in their dashboard and yours, and Stripe issues the 1099-NEC at year-end automatically.

  • Most brands complete the 10-phase onboarding in under 90 minutes. Your first campaign can be live the same day, pending admin approval (typical: 1 business day).
